Create a bucket.

Endpoint: POST /sbom/v1/orgs/{orgId}/buckets

## Path parameters:

  - `orgId` (integer, required)
    Organization id
    Example: 38808

  - `customFieldValues` (string)
    org specific custom field values for that particular bucket

  - `description` (string)
    description of the bucket
    Example: "short description of the bucket"

  - `name` (string, required)
    bucket Name
    Example: "bucket name"

  - `originId` (integer)
    origin of the bucket. A bucket id from which this bucket was cloned or copied from.
    Example: 202

  - `originTypeId` (integer)
    origin type of the bucket. Ref: Archetypes api for details.
    Example: 1

  - `parentId` (integer)
    parent bucket id
    Example: 1

  - `typeId` (integer, required)
    type of the bucket. Ref: Archetypes api for details.
    Example: 101
